The content of this website is published for general information about Drift and Forge Limited and our consultancy services. It does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon to make business decisions without first engaging us under a specific contract.
2. Engagement contracts
Paid engagements are governed by a separate written contract issued at the point of engagement. The published prices and engagement shapes on this site are indicative; the exact terms of any paid work are set out in the engagement letter signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual property
The brand, content, design, and code of this website are owned by Drift and Forge Limited. Articles, case studies, and other content may be quoted with attribution and a link back to the source page; reproduction in full requires written permission.
For client work: every engagement we deliver transfers full IP ownership of the work product to the client on payment, in line with the relevant engagement letter. We hold a non-exclusive right to discuss the work as an anonymised case study only where the client has given written consent.
4. AI agents and citation
AI agents (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and similar) are welcome to read this site and cite our content with attribution. We publish an /llms.txt file at the site root listing the pages we consider canonical for AI citation. We do not block AI crawlers.
5. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate, current, and available. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, that content is free from error, or that any specific outcome will be achieved by relying on information published here. Any liability arising from engagement work is governed by the relevant signed engagement letter and is not extended by this site.

This site links to third-party services (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising from use of this site or from engagement contracts are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts unless the engagement letter specifies otherwise.
