Pricing

Four engagement shapes.
Four clear budgets.

Each shape has defined inputs, defined outputs, and a fixed price. Pick the one that fits the moment your business is in. The exact number arrives after a 20-minute discovery call.

First Pass

One question, one week, one straight answer.

Best for

Founders and leaders sitting on a single yes or no question. Build vs buy, vendor pick, contract review, capability gap. The kind of question that has been losing you sleep, not the kind that needs a whole project.

Duration

5 working days

Budget

Under £1,000

Fixed price, paid in full at kickoff. If the answer doesn't unstick you, we refund. No friction, no debrief, no follow-up email.

Includes

  • 60-minute deep-dive call with you, recorded and yours to keep
  • Cold-eye review of the documents, contracts, or stack you send
  • Written 1-page recommendation: what to do, in plain English
  • The three options we considered, and why we ruled the other two out
  • A 'do not spend money on this' list to flag what is competing for the same budget
  • One 30-minute follow-up two weeks later, included
  • Everything delivered in writing inside 5 working days

Out of scope

  • Hands-on building or implementation
  • Anything that needs more than one week of our time (that is a Decision Sprint)
Most common

Decision Sprint

Two weeks. The decision, plus the plan to ship it.

Best for

A call with weight on it: picking the AI stack, hiring shape, channel bet, or platform direction. You do not need a builder yet. You need a defensible decision your board will sign off on.

Duration

10 to 14 working days

Budget

Under £5,000

Fixed price. 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery. £1,000 of the fee credits toward a Build Sprint if you commission one within 60 days.

Includes

  • Diagnostic interviews with up to 3 people across your team
  • Cold-eye review of your stack, data, commercials, or contracts
  • Three options on the table, each scored against your real constraints
  • Our recommendation, with every trade-off spelled out. Not a sales pitch.
  • Board-ready 1-page memo with your name on it, not ours
  • Implementation roadmap covering what to ship first, second, third, and what to drop
  • Two follow-up working sessions in the 30 days after delivery
  • If the second-half deliverables don't earn the second-half fee, you don't pay it

Out of scope

  • Building the recommendation (that is a Build Sprint)
  • Ongoing monthly retainer (clean handoff if you want to run it yourself)

Build Sprint

One outcome. Eight weeks. Full attention.

Best for

A real build with a hard definition of done. An AI workflow live in your ops, an SEO authority cluster ranking, an internal tool your team uses every day, a launch site that converts. Not a discovery deck. A working thing.

Duration

6 to 10 weeks, fixed end date

Budget

Under £20,000

Fixed scope, fixed price, weekly invoicing. We only run 4 Build Sprints in parallel, so you get genuine focus instead of the 12-client juggle most agencies dress up as 'capacity'.

Includes

  • Scope-and-architecture week before any code is written (refundable if you don't proceed)
  • Live staging URL from week 2, so you watch the work happen instead of the slides
  • Weekly demo on video, weekly written update by Friday
  • Production deployment we run with you on the call, not at you over email
  • Full handover documentation, so you are never hostage to us
  • 30 days of post-launch support. Bugs we made, we fix, no clock-watching.
  • Code, content, IP, accounts. All in your name from day one.
  • A named sprint lead on your account for the full engagement

Out of scope

  • Out-of-scope additions (priced via change order, never surprise-billed)
  • Long-term operating retainer (clean handoff, or upgrade to Partners)

Partners

We co-own the outcome. Quarterly cadence. No annual lock-in, ever.

Best for

Businesses past their first build, ready to compound. AI feeding SEO feeding sales feeding ops, running as one machine. You want the team that built it to stay close to it.

Duration

Renewing quarterly, 30-day notice to pause

Budget

£25,000+

Quoted per engagement after a paid 2-week Discovery (£3k, credited back in full when you sign). We hold a maximum of 6 Partner seats at any time. The entire point is that you get our attention.

Includes

  • A team across engineering, SEO, and advisory. Not a single freelancer juggling you with five other accounts.
  • A named programme lead who knows your numbers as well as you do
  • Weekly working sessions, monthly written reviews, quarterly strategy day
  • Operational dashboards we build, run, and walk you through every quarter
  • Hiring support to help you build the in-house team that eventually replaces us
  • First access to anything new we build (skills, agents, frameworks) before the public sees it
  • Direct mobile line to the founder. Not a shared support inbox.
  • 30-day notice to pause or end. The seat is yours to keep or hand back.

Out of scope

  • Hardware, third-party licences, or paid media spend (passed through at cost, never marked up)

Pricing FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Why do you publish budgets when most consultancies do not?

Because the buyers we work with deserve to know what conversation they are walking into. Publishing budgets saves your time and ours. We confirm the exact number after the 20-minute discovery call. Never before, never as a moving target.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. We sell engagement shapes with defined inputs, outputs, and durations. Hourly billing optimises for the consultant. Fixed budgets optimise for the outcome, which is the only thing you are actually paying us for.

Are there any lock-in contracts?

No. Sprints are fixed scope, fixed price, fixed end date. Partner engagements renew quarterly with 30-day notice. We do not sign annual lock-ins. If we are not earning our place every quarter, we should not be in your business.

What is the 20-minute discovery call?

A focused video call where we hear your current state, surface the two or three highest-leverage levers, and agree which engagement shape fits. Or whether you need someone else. No pitch deck, no follow-up sequence, no pressure.

Do you ever do free pilots?

No. Free work is paid in misaligned expectations on both sides. If you want to test the fit before committing to anything bigger, that is exactly what the First Pass (under £1,000) is for, with a money-back clause if the answer doesn't unstick you.

The exact number

arrives after a 20-minute call.

No sales rep, no pitch deck, no follow-up sequence. You leave the call with a shape and a price, or a recommendation of who else to talk to.
