Custom software is a strategic investment. We build the dashboards, internal tools, customer-facing applications, and SaaS products that become your operational backbone. Every project ships as production-grade code in your GitHub, deployed to your hosting, on your domain, with full documentation and zero vendor lock-in.
Custom Software.
When your business has outgrown spreadsheets, Notion, or a stack of SaaS subscriptions glued together with Zapier — that is when we build the system that actually runs your operation.
Expected outcomes
- 8-12 weeks
- To production-grade MVP
- 100%

- Modern
- Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Vercel
- Documented
- Every endpoint, every flow, every decision
What it is
The work itself.
Who it is for
The shape of fit.
- Operations leaders whose team has outgrown Airtable or Notion
- Founders building a SaaS MVP and tired of no-code limits
- Agencies wanting a client portal that does not look like every other client portal
- Property, fintech, and professional-services firms with compliance-grade workflow needs
How we ship it
Four phases, no surprises.
Scope & shape
Two weeks of architecture work — user flows, data model, integration map, technical decisions. You leave with a buildable spec, even if you decide to build it elsewhere.
MVP build
6-8 weeks of focused build sprints. Weekly demos. You see the product growing on a staging URL from week one.
Hardening + launch
Production deployment, monitoring, error tracking, performance budgets. Documentation handover. Real users hit a real product on a real domain.
Ongoing engineering
Optional engineering retainer for new features, fixes, or scale work. Most clients keep us on for 6-12 months post-launch.

Custom Software FAQ.
Why not just hire a freelance developer on Upwork?
You can. Many do. The difference is architecture, accountability, and survivability. We build systems that survive a developer leaving. Freelancers ship code; we ship systems.
Do you own the code, or do I?
You do. From day one. Code lives in your GitHub organisation, deployed under your hosting account, on your domain. We have a non-exclusive licence to discuss it as a case study only if you consent.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We will do a one-week technical audit first to understand what's there. After that we either fork and continue, refactor what we have, or recommend a rebuild with reasoning.
Do you handle hosting, monitoring, security?
Yes. Every project ships with monitoring (Sentry or similar), proper error handling, automated backups, and a security baseline. We document everything for handover.
What if I want to maintain it in-house after launch?
Encouraged. We hand over documentation, walk your engineers through the codebase, and stay on call for the first 30 days. Then you own it outright.
